We are quaking in our boots. Enlighten us. Who the flip are you?
As an odd-jobber your man will have many unspecified jobs to do. Therefore, you will be able to ask him to no longer drive your grandchild around. Perhaps you could take over that part of his role?0 -

Yes they are.
Not in the Justices Area that I live in, they are not. As I said, the practice was discontinued about seven or eight years ago. In the frame where they used to be posted is a notice advising "interested parties" to enquire at the reception desk about any cases in which they are concerned.
Anyway, let's not argue. Let us assume there are local variations. Even if daily listings are posted, unless the OP knows (a) whether any proceedings are pending, (b) where they are likely to be heard and (c) when they are due to be heard, he has virtually no chance of finding out what he wants to know. The only people that have this information are the police, possibly the CPS and the individual involved. Unless he is witness to the allegation (and only then if he is needed in court) or a victim of it, none of those people are likely to tell him.0 -

Freely available for all to see where I am. Some have even done away with printed lists and show them on a tv screen in the foyer.0 -
As far as I am aware there are also lists published online (although these may be MCOL cases rather than criminal cases).0

If the OP is giving their car keys to someone who they believe isn't meant to be driving does that mean they're liable for any insurance issues (regardless of who they are)?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

I am amused by the OP's insistence that he has every right to be nosey because the safety of his grandchildren is paramount, yet permits their being driven around by someone he clearly doesn't trust because his reason for not asking the guy outright is that he would "feel that he will be economical with the truth if asked."
So he didn't trust him in the first place.0
