Most expensive Easyjet flights? £606 one way?

Just looking around for a summer break (I know, completely wrong time!) And as of 7.30 this morning, easyjet are charging £606 one way for Luton to Palma Mallorca on 26th May!!
A quick scan around shows most other main destinations on that day peaking at about (an also rediculous) £350 / £399, but £606, wow!
Just made me think, has anyone ever seen a higher easyjet price?

No PMI flights from LTN on Monarch anymore has contributed to these higher prices.
Flights to Ibiza can sometimes get very high.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
it's also a Bank Holiday weekend so demand will be even higher...The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

Ryanair are charging £269 from Stansted that day. Sadly Monarch!!!8217;s cessation has meant less competition and higher prices!0

Yes, I know this is peak, peak time, but it's by far the highest price I've ever seen easyjet charge. Just wondered if anyone knows of a higher price on an easyjet route ever?
The loss if Monarch obviously increased prices, and easyjet are quite within their rights to charge what they like. I just wish they'd put more seats on this route.0 -

I’m sure I saw a thread a few years ago (on this forum or another - can’t remember) which had another very high easyJet fare. I think it was to Nice around the Monaco F1 or Cannes film festival.
easyJet actually have 4 flights LTN-PMI on the day you’ve quoted, listed at £230, £275, £377 and now £616.. The expensive one is the very nice 11am departure. Very desirable, especially combined with the half term, bank holiday, and all the other reasons discussed above.
It’s probably a case that the flight is very nearly full and already incredibly profitable so they can leave the last few seats at a sky high price as it doesn’t matter.0 -
