So what's happening in Nice on those days?
You typically get extreme prices where there is a major event happening but I cannot see any big football matches and the Monaco Grand Prix isn't until July.0 -
It's what's happening in Cannes http://www.mipim.com/en/mipim/Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Well at least that's an INTERNATIONAL flight. This Flybe domestic flight is an even bigger rip off.
Birmingham-Glasgow return
Wed 9th March 16:55-18:10 £135.27
Mon 14th March 7:05-8:25 £212.72
Total £347.99 BEFORE debit card/luggage/seat reservation fees, and the cost of a taxi fare in order to make a 7AM flight. A 1st class rail fare brought on the day would probably be cheaper, and would probably be quicker once you factor in transfers from airports and the need to be at the airport 2 hours before departure in order to pass through security.0 -
No rip offs here. Supply and demand in both cases.
And your First Class rail fare bought on the day would be £340. Cheaper yes0 -
Well, you could always fly to Toulon or Marseille with Ryanair if you need to get there as cheaply as possible. Just an hour or two's drive...Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0 -
Well, maybe not Ryanair to Marseilles.
I bought two returns in January for travel to Marseilles in July for £111.
Today's price is £596!!!!
I just think that since the Egypt, Tunisia, Middle East uncertainty the old favourites are back in favour - supply and demand and bingo - price increases10 -

Well, July is peak season and anyway, Ryanair is rarely at its cheapest this far in advance. For the dates posted by the OP the fares to Marseille are quite reasonable, and to Toulon cheaper still...Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
