Hello all.
I received a dodgy looking PCN today, all my details were on it and they are saying my car was parked in this car park at this time until this time I have used this car park a few times a month for years, If I do use the car park I always pay as it is before 6:30pm after that I can park on the street to go into the shops.
I know 110% that I did not park there that day at that time, There was no photo of my car on the PCN
I really don't know what to do about this. What if they keep sending the letters and the charge mounts up.
Can someone who has been through this please advice me.

Thank you

Shame you can't prove it or there is no one that can back your story up!

I think the best approach is to appeal as per Newbie sticky.

[The driver did as he always does] and everyone else does drove through to get to the street behind and parked there.
    That is intriguing.

Have they recently changed to using ANPR cameras?

    Yes that's the website.
I honestly wasn't parked in the car park. says my car parked there between 18:37 to 19:09 pm, apparently they have photographic evidence, not possible

Doesn't that CE website show photographic proof that the car was there?
  • No, just to appeal or to phone them...No one has shown any photographic evidence.

You need to click the Pay Now button, then enter your Vehicle Registration Number and PCN, then click Submit.

Obviously you don't go on to actually pay them anything.

CEL are easy to beat. Very simple, this one, and the sticky thread covers it all.

Just follow the NEWBIES thread appeal template, appealing as registered keeper (if that's you).

NO WRITING ABOUT 'I DID THIS'!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
