There has recently been an attitude problem. Martin has continually asked people on all boards to be sympatheitc and to be polite.

Posters ask questions about landlord- deposit problems , losing house purchases, moving dates atc and get sympathy and sensible advice.

Anyone posting that their property has gone down in value gets hysterical smilies, called muppits, stupid etc and laughed at. At the same time, people, who may or may not be related, have started troll threads with ficticious stories whose purpose is just to peddle the same crash message, the same name calling and the same ROFL smilies. Not only is this against Martin's wish for the boards but it actually gets in the way of sensible advice being given to genuine posters.

It may be that valid points being made about overstretching and the state of the housing market are being stifled but this is either because of the trolling and critcising postings going on or because house crash postings are being added to every thread going, relevent or not.
