I am in email to email combat with lx direct at the mo, they have credited me with free P&P and 15% off but not the £12.95 they emailed me to say they they could not credit the £12.95 and 15% off the same order, but it says on the site i got them from www.pricedash.com that you can, so im sticking to my guns and fighting my corner, if they say they cant then i'll expept theres nothing i can do but my main argument is that they choose to deduct 15% rather than £12.95 a financial gain for them not me, thats what as made me the most annoyed.

I'll let ya know how i get on LOL onwards and upwards

Thanks wirm, im just waiting for a reply to my last email to them, theyve failed me twice so far, I was told that they couldnt cancel my order as it had already been dispatched and that it would arrive today, oh well its only 19.34 maybe the driver is running late LOL,

also I asked if i could refuse delivery and they said that i couldnt and that i would have to call them on their 0870 number to arrange a collection at a later date. ohh more money in their coffers, it just gets better and better :mad:

You can reject goods whenever you like. Distant Selling Regulations clearly states that you also have a 7 day cooling off period where goods can be sent back without any reason. The buyers right of rejection is always valid also as long as it is within the 7 days.

Update, Success, lx direct have bowed to my argument and sent me an email, loads of speel but this is the best bit: On this occassion we have taken the decision to honor the codes for the goods purchased, and a credit of £12.95 will be applied to your account.

Well done, you are the first person that I can think of that has been able to get them to do this - usually they refuse & tell you to return the products. I may have ago lol. My last order with them was ages ago :rolleyes:
