I used ZG3722 & XX875 and ordered a Nokia 3100 was £49.99 ( Mr Sparky's phone died on Thursday) and got it for £29.99 delivered. £49.99 taken and £20 refunded to account on the same day.
It arrived about 10 minutes ago.

you might have used a code thats only 4 1st time orders or u have used 1 of them b4, i've had this they say u can only use code's once.

I've ordered 3 times now, each using different codes and on 2 orders got the email saying to contact them before they could process the order. I just waited and they have then confirmed the order anyway wihtout me ringing them.

Oh I did make the mistake once of trying to use 3 codes(oops) and they took the one with most off though!

i phoned them because i want the item ive ordered - dress in sale for a wedding)

and the said i had used two codes and could only use one - i had used - ZG5411 & XX867 - so she said she would remove the one with the least discount - so not too awful

I dont know if anyone else is having this problem but when im putting the codes in the discounts are appearing but the total is not being reduced. I have ordered previously using codes and it has always come off before I put in my card details.

Does anyone know if they still refund you the difference?

Yes. the same thing happened to me at christmas but they still refunded me the diffrence.

I've just tried to use a promo code and now, as selfyselfy says, nothing is happening. No error message or price reduction.

However I have noticed that the address at the top of the page get "&promoAlert=Y" added to the end.

I wander if they have started to track people using certain codes.

Some still work like "XX309 - Buy Now Pay September", it's just the good ones.

Oh well, it was good while it lasted.
