when you get to delivery section the codes are applied there, its also sent me an email stating the codes used with the order and the discount applied.
therefore you dont see the codes applied in the basket, theyre applied at delivery stage.

I get that everytime I try to place an order too, so maybe we have been blacklisted. Wouldn't mind but I've only ever had one order off them :mad:

Yes, that happened to me, and the reason was because I was putting my visa debit card in as a visa when I should of been putting it in as a delta. once I put this right the order went through ok.

I ordered a tumble dryer from LX Direct a few days ago and put in the 15% discount code which was deducted on the last page.

I then received an email from them stating that I hadn't put in my credit card security code and to call them back. On speaking to a lady in customer services (who was very helpful) she put my order through but didn't put in the discount code. I queried this and was told that once the tumble dryer had been delivered, get back in touch with them and they would refund the 15% discount back to my credit card.

We'll see what happens next week.

Ordered the Dyson DC14 Allergy Originally £259.99 - final price £208.04.

Chancing it, they'll call you up anyways and say something if it isn't gonna go through. If that doesn't work I'll hit em up for the 15% and £12.95 only...
