Crashy's posting style shows he may have become actually become mentally unwell over time by a genuine belief houses are about to imminently crash but it never actually happens. I think if it does happen in his lifetime I don't think he'll actually believe it.

You could be not far off, if prices do go down or crash I don't think Crashy will ever think its the bottom and when prices start to recover that will always be a dead cat bounce ready to go down even further. Its because so much of an obsession for him he has lost touch with reality because he cannot admit he made the biggest financial mistake of his life...

No denial of the selling up to rent story? I assume it is true then. Honestly, what on earth do you think you are doing trying to tell other people how to behave when your catastrophically poor reading of the housing market has essentially cost you hundreds of thousands of pounds?

In this case "buying" it without actually paying for it was a dreadful idea.....

"They say the bank stated they must repay the loan"

"extended the loan by almost £40,000 ... new windows and a second toilet." (!)

Says it all really. It wouldn't surprise me if "Len" was one of your HPC buddies; a litany of bad financial decisions and, of course, always someone else's fault.

Get some on point advice and not have every thread he posts on not hijacked to be about house prices... Oh and wouldn't we all miss those irrelevant links...

How much money have you lost in rent and missed house prices now Crashy? Even if you got a house for free would you still be down?

You talk as if a house was like a share, something you can just sell at the click of a mouse for that days "price" :rotfl: Property doesn`t work like that, as many are no doubt finding out....

You are sounding a bit desperate now, is the thought of interest rate hikes spooking you a bit? What were interest rates at when you started haunting property forums in the mid 90`s? :)

You sold at the bottom of the market and now don't have a house, correct?

Dong that is one thing. Being unable to recognise that that was a mistake is another. Your desperate gabbling about "but but but you might not be able to sell your house" is pathetic, frankly.

And no, nobody is "finding that out" now. Prices have not crashed, you see. Despite you saying for 20 years it will happen next week, it hasn't.

I'll say again, I agree houses are overpriced. I thought they would crash long before they would ever get to this point. I wish they would. However they didn't and they haven't.

What you do is constantly lie to yourself and others to try and make yourself feel better. It's sad, it's desperate, and it's pathetic. However somebody might listen to you, and make a major decision based on the fact that they don't realise you are lying. And that's what you are doing.. Lying. Don't give me !!!!!!!! about it being an opinion. You will say it whatever the circumstances, whatever the situation, and it's a lie. You're a liar. Stop it.

The mods won't ban you for lying. They are more likely to ban me for calling you what you are, because they are morons. But somebody should. You lie in a way that could damage others. You make me !!!!ing sick.
