    Isn't LCV road tax a good thing. Doesn't change by engine size or any kind of arbitrary pollution measure. Also more likely to be exempt from any future city centre bans on diesels

    Vice-versa. They do a sprogbus version of the Dispatch/Expert/Scudo(/Toyota ProAce) van. It's not legally a car-derived van and, even if it was, it wouldn't matter to speed limits, because it's over 2t GVW.
