So so tired can hardly walk or talk... :/

Must get my head round the debt and a repayment plan that avoids using CCs even for getting the points...as it’s getting harder to pay off in full each month... and which builds a good emergency fund as a priority. And which saves enough for tax bills in July and December...but also need to work this weekend and sleep, so it’ll be a squeeze as to what I manage time wise.

Did go out for a short run yesterday early evening after work. First time in ages but in the baking heat. Not that I am complaining, just did feel a bit daft. Now what was that Rudyard Kipling quote... :) :rotfl:

Hope everyone has a good day. Catch up soon xxxx

    Aaw, thanks Beanie

So.. I feel a lot chirpier now. Good day at work and cleared lots of stuff which makes my weekend much more bearable. Also did a class and had a fish and chip supper in the garden :D

Shattered now but have done a lot of company stuff, approving accounts etc and also had a good look at the spreaddie and YNAB and now have an emerging plan to steady the finances a bit. Reckon I can pay off the main CC which built up a lot this month (car tax, holidays, birthdays etc), my tax bill (OH doesn't have one, hurrah) and our holiday later this month. However that means that the repayments to the big CC will have to diminish - its inevitable, but we will do some and also do a slug to the ISA. I am hesitant to forecast how much longer I will need to extend the repayment period but I hope its not more than 1-2 months so still Spring 2020. And in fact when I look at it the provision for tax etc is part of the issue for this month, but at least that's not going on a CC as it would ahem done in previous years.

Decluttering has continued and OH has been doing work in the garden today. I am also starting up the exercise again which will make me feel better and hopefully keep me off the wine :D

    I'll sort the signature now

    Love to all xx

It’s been such a lovely weekend...stunning. And SO relaxing. Am amazed and very pleased. Currently sitting in our lovely garden with a Seedlip and the newspaper. Blissful

Can’t update the finances here as seems that our Classic (in quotes, ie free) version of YNAB has hit the buffers. I am thinking that we may have to finally upgrade to the subscription version which will be a cost. We will check one more time but that’s the most likely scenario.

Hope everyone is in a good space

    Sounding good :)

What’s the Seedlip like? Hesitant to spend £20-ish on a non alcoholic beverage but if it’s nice maybe worth it?

    Hi SA

    Thanks for popping by :)

If you like gin I reckon it’s worth it, it’s a real botanical taste which I like. I like the Green or the Orange one. Less keen on the woody one.

    Have a great evening

Sort of, Beanie. I think it’s got that type of taste and works well with tonic.

I think there are a couple of alternatives now but we have always gone with Seedlip after seeing an article in a paper I think.

It’s my ‘go to’when I want a nice tasting drink that’s not too sugary and can’t or don’t want to drink alcohol.

Feeling super virtuous. Just back from an early class. Felt rather crazy as the alarm went at 5:30 but now v glad I powered through. DD1 came too and enjoyed it. Beautiful day.

Have a good day everyone xx
