Great work on the running Brizzle I've done 3 in the last week. Was hoping to do red January but knew it would be difficult as I can't get out if DH isn't here and that was the case yesterday. Did kettlebells instead. Aim to do some exercise everyday instead. We've got lufer recorded

A good day so far. Sorted some tricky things at work and ran 6k. I am on a roll ladies and gents.. I am trying hard to make exercise a habit...and so far my runs this week are up to 4. I’ll take that.

About to have another mindful spend with the family, but all expected and to offset it I have booked me and OH into a free movie screening in a fortnight. Should be fun. Haven’t done that for ages. Also done a TT and sorted some YNAB reconciliation to check nothing was slipping through.

Productive day Brizzle. I've felt rough so haven't run as planned for the last couple of days as I know from history that would be just daft. I am going to do kettlebells though and hope for a run tomorrow. Enjoy your evening.
