    Thanks for your email. I didn't get the first email about the ISA allowance though. Have I missed out?

    Today I got the letter from Tesco stating;

    We recently tried to contact you about your account. However the message couldn't be delivered because it appears we don't have a correct mobile phone number and email address on file for you
    I had one of those a long time ago, and probably nothing to do with the current problems. When I phoned they explained it was a computer issue and to ignore it.

    I think you should complain and ask them to apologise for sending you an unnecessary apology. ;)

    Somebody could have a field day with compensation with all these strange messages coming out.

    Like taking candy from a baby.

    I once suggested, in jest, that the serial complainer was providing an important service in keeping banks (and other large corporates) on their toes.

    Sadly though it appears that they really aren't bothered. I cannot envisage a time when there are no more corporate screw ups like this.

    The ISA email mistake could be because an office worker inadvertently ticked the all customers box (rather all customers but [the ones above]) instead of selecting specific ones.


    I just saw ISA and ignored as I expected they were trying to sell something , as with the 'you are approved for a credit card' messages.

    I am worried. I do not have a Tesco ISA and have not had an email or an apology!!!
