Well, they're not wrong.
I am "one of our savings customers with an ISA account". It's just that none of those ISA accounts are with Tesco. Nor does the rest of the email imply otherwise.0 -
Had this too. Pretty unimpressed!0

I like Tesco bank, but sometimes they don't feel me with confidence.
Sometimes they do? Sounds exciting...:D0 -
I got the email too, and am also a Tesco internet Saver customer.
My first though was this was a fake, spam email.
Has anoyone contacted Tesco fraud department?0 -

Just checked my deleted items, and it says I am an ISA customer. I saw the word 'ISA', and knew I didn't have an ISA with them, so just deleted and ignored.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

I had a letter from Tesco today, asking me to call them as they're tried to get in touch and were unable to because of an incorrect phone number.
My phone number is correct on their website. With all these stories it's almost as if some mad cyber machine is spewing out random nonsense to everybody.0 -
Same email here. Also not a Tesco ISA holder.
Message from Tesco via messanger "I'm really sorry this has happened. I can confirm it was us who sent this email, however it's been sent in error. Please accept our apologies and ignore this email - Carly"Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
Both husband and self have had the same email about our “ISA’s?”, which neither of us have (only the internet savers).
I did what I normally do with most of the correspondence I get from Tesco’s, which is ignore it, as sadly most of the time they don’t seem to have the faintest idea what they’re doing, particularly in regard to savings accounts. :doh:A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.0
