Hello everyone! :wave:In_Search_Of_Me wrote: »Been quiet on here of late which, in my book at least, isnt usually a good sign. Been some "slippage" here so time to wind back in and get back to basics (again!) so time for a nsd (no spend day) challenge! Anyone want to join me in a longhaulers nsd challenge?
Count me in on that ISOM! I love catching NSDs, they have probably been most the influential tool for me to help me with reeling in my spending, plus I find NSD catching very addicitive! :rotfl:

Hi Everyone
I tend to pop on here on and off - depending if I'm in ostrich mode or not. I have decided to try not to lurk as much and be more active.
I've really been trying to pay off as much as possible in the last few months as I'm due to go on maternity leave the middle of May. I have a few more bits to get wit my last full salary payment and can do this as well as cover my half of the bills, but it leaves very little. I have spent the day feeling totally annoyed with this and the usual 'At least I'm covering what I owe' isn't working. Does anyone else beat themselves up when they can't pay off extra?
I'm going to re-read the thread to try to be more positive and inspired.
I hope you are all feeling positive and doing well.:T

Hello all, :easter_os
I hope you're all having a nice sunny weekend. Like ISOM I'm also planning some cheap fun. Did some baking and gardening today, planning a walk on the moors tomorrow, lazy chocolate eating in front of the telly day on Sunday, and BBQ and beer on Monday
I know what you mean about beating yourself up Parsniphead, my DMP has been going so well that when I have a month where I struggle I get really upset which is silly when I think about how much debt I was in a couple of years ago.
Have a good weekend everyone
