Hi everyone! Hope the weekend was good for all?
I am doing my usual 'Monday debt day'. Am trying to help with my friends stuff as well as my own. Hers done for now, until I get her credit reports, and some CCA requests.
I paid one of my debts off this weekend, and another will be done when they cash a cheque I sent! :j
Boyfriend has offered to pay off a few more over the coming months (we're looking @ those around £200-£400 outstanding) so am going to work on a budget for him, so he can still save around £250 a month, pay his bills etc. Feeling very positive today!I've got nothing else but I've got my family.

Baking hot weekend! Not a time to go into the attic and find more magazines to put on ebay! Spent Saturday looking after my nieces. We spent most of the afternoon in the sitting room watching Dr Who (David Tennant) DVD's as it was the coolest room in the house. Yesteday, read the Sunday papers in the garden, then watched the footie. Well done Spain!Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW Member 1205!LBM Aug 2006 - Debt £35K. Debt: JAN 2020: £0!!

Hi Happy! Yes it is rather grey. But I don't mind, I'm not going out and relish a day without the heat at 7 months pregnant!
Mmm I wish I could wipe those catalogues so easily, but I shall have to be careful as they are IBCs, so if I pay early, I pay more
I was hoping to wipe Vanquis, then the local council, then my Lloyds credit card, followed by the Next account and lastly the Lloyds overdraft. (The Woolwich charges and the Cap 1 debts are the ones just paid). That would leave the catalogues, which I would then look into paying depending on how high the charges are to pay them off.
I hated having to get into the IBCs but had no choice as the catalogues were piling on £12+ per month on all 6 accounts and minimum payments were into hundreds of pounds on each account!
Does this sound like a sensible plan, in the order I was thinking?I've got nothing else but I've got my family.
