I know the feeling - I got quite a fright the first time I posted my SOA. It took me two years to come back again. But I was a bit more thick-skinned this time and sussed out the locals before I posted an SOA again

I just remind myself that often you don't know the person responding to you and it may be that they have a social commuincation problem (I'm a speech and language therapist so I would think that) rather than it being them being a muppet (or any stronger word of your choosing!).

Indeed! I'm a Family Support Worker and work with a lot of parents who have learning difficulties.
I try not to be too judgemental of people on forums but its hard when they are downright bloody rude to you!

Oh I've had 1 or 2 in here before, but it's not surprising as it's so old I can see daylight between some of the beams lol. When it was snowy I managed to have ice on the inside of the front door :rotfl:

Morning all!
Slugs - ewww! Although i think i could handle a slug better than the dead mouse i found under my coffee table the other morning!
I'm taking my little monster to the local Children's Centre this morning to let off a bit of steam. Thay have just started opening on Saturdays which is fab because i always struggle to find nice things to do with my little boy on the weekend. (My hubby works all weekend)
Tomorrow i'm gonna make a motorbike birthday cake for my Dad's birthday. I'm really into cake decorating. Just wish is wasn't so expensive to buy decent equipment and ingredients.
