Hi,
i recently purchased the Huawei P20 pro and returned it after 6 days the video recordings had no sound.
Thankfully before i returned the phone i took pictures as i didn't not trust that they would just let me walk way within my 14 day grace period. Surely i receive a call from them saying that the phone was damaged and that they required compensation. Asked for pictures to be sent of the damage which were sent. i couldn't believe it, they sent me pictures of a different phone (no stickers on the back of the phone and slight damage)i was not amused. When i sent my pictures back (that still had the stickers on of my imei number on the back and bottom of the phone which i had not removed to prove it was mine)
I am so annoyed and want to take this further as i cant believe how deceitful they have been.
I am awaiting their reply to my pictures which they are yet to do. They say i have until tomorrow tp pay the damages which i m refusing to do or i will be locked in a contract with o2. I am not admitting liability as the phone i sent back was in pristine condition and i have pictures to prove.
i look forward to your reply folks.

I hvae ben on MPD site, and they are offering £396 cashback on a Huawei P Smart 2019. Quidco are offering £42 cashback to order a new contract pay monthly phone sale. This would bring the cost down to about £1.55 per month (after cashbacks paid). If I order this, am I likely to get both, or am I best forgetting the Quidco part?0

There's a few things going on here.
Quidco's cashback is made up of a percentage of their affiliate commission. MPD will pay them maybe £60 then they pay you £42. If that's the case then, in theory, it doesn't matter what offer you go for via Quidco.
A quick google shows most networks or comparison sites have cashback offers on this phone which could mean that they're being run by the manufacturer to get more sales (again they're selling a phone with a % markup then cutting into that markup to give cashback to boost sales)
