Virgin sign up - when is credit added (missed it?)

Hi,

I saw on last weeks MSE email about a Virgin deal with £150 credit. I signed up and wondered how long until credit applied and what I have to do?

Also, as we have been moving I've only just seen an email to sign. I clicked through and it says "Promo offer - Welcome Offer 12 Months Discount (until 6th March 2019)".

I signed it today but actually signed up with Virgin before. Will I still get it?

Maybe, ask Virgin, they have a chat function.

I have and got nowhere. They said no record then said need to send an email but wont say where! No luck on VM forums either
