Hi ,
After reading Martin Lewis email ref cheap Broadband Deals on Wednesday 28 th Feb 2018 , I signed up with Virgin , via Uswitch , it was a cracking deal with 150 credit , I would be getting phone and Fibre BB for 18.00 per month , after credits .
Unfortunately I still haven't received a contract from Virgin , despite many telephone calls and endless promises it would be emailed to me .
I have received other emails from Virgin, relating to billing etc .
The last straw was yesterday , an Advisor was saying he couldn't see 150 credit on his System , asked me to forward him a copy of Order Confirmation from Virgin , which stated credit .
I tried to email it to him , think he provided me with incorrect email address .
Just wondered if anyone else has signed up for this deal and had similiar problems , as I am seriously considering cancelling the Order ?

Could you provide an update if you don't mind. I am considering getting the deal via Uswitch. Seems it has changed to £100 credit which I'm happy with but I want to be certain I will get £100.
Have you managed to resolve this? Has anyone else taken this deal? Have you managed to get the credit?0 -
No I didn't resolve it .
Virgin would not honour 150 credit so I cancelled , a complete waste of time .0 -
It has dropped to £75 now and not honoring so most prob won't go with them0
