Damn so tired can’t remember who I was going to congratulate, so well done Everyone
WI with STS which I’m ok with as the sneaky peak yesterday saw a gain. Was going to wi early as was my birthday (to cover any synnage) so went with today’s instead
Manage to just have a Galaxy choc from celebrations pack I took to work and that was it! Celebrating today instead, just deciding where to go as son is too poorly to want to go with us.
Had a lovely birthday at work, all my 1-1 (have 3 over the day ) were very loveable and got me cards :A. Lots of birthday wishes from colleagues and a visit from my sister. Also lots of FB messages too, definitely felt the love yesterday :rotfl:
3 days til term ends, can’t waitIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Interesting reads of our journeys to date.
Here’s mine;
Was a skinny kid but turned to chunky teen. Lost weight with first love, was also size 10 at 4 months pregnant
. All went downhill when my son passed away and the comfort eating started big time also realise now I was suffering with untreated depression. The most I managed to lose over the next 10 years was 10lb and that was only because we were offered IVF. Once my son arrived my food intake wasn’t healthy again. I have loads of regrets being an overweight mum, the biggest was being too embarrassed to take son swimming so he never learned to swim and I feel it’s my fault.
My light bulb moment was when he was 5 and a friend was attending SW, I went with her (she stopped) and I got to target. I wasn’t massively overweight at 12st 13lb but still not happy with myself. I lost 3st. Had medical issues and meds increased weight again. Was too embarrassed to go back to group so once off meds managed to go it alone and ended up way below target. Found this wonderful site and have stayed (around) target for the last 10 or so years.
Have hit a bit of a low spot recently, black dog keeps visiting plus on anxiety meds & IBS flare ups so hovering around top end of target.
Try to keep within syns Monday to Friday with weekends much more flexible ( not always a good thing as I binge)
So that’s my journey so far, will always keep travelling along the SW road as it is for life but always taking the scenic routeIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

:TMany congratulations on getting to target esmy.:T
Beanie's right that extra HEXs is the official way but I much prefer extra syns!:D My default position is to stick to plan as an every day way of eating but relax a bit when I eat out. I eat out quite a lot.;)
:T to Nicki and poohsticks on your losses.
Many Happy Returns for yesterday tie.:A
Last night's meal was fine but unfortunately I felt munchy when I got home and had a slice of toast and a piece of malt loaf. I've decided to stick with being good when I can until after Easter. No point beating myself up over it.
I've put a load of Bolognese in the SC this afternoon I'll portion it for the freezer but will probably have to taste it later.;)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried eggs, beetroot, mushroomsgammon steak, SW chips, tomato, mushrooms, green stuff (asparagus, broccoli, sugar snaps, peas).
Syns: wine/gin??0 -
Enjoy your gin maman.

We're away for the weekend this week and I'm lying on the bed in our hotel feeling stuffed! I'd planned to arrive in time to use the gym this evening but traffic was bad and we got delayed and now I feel too full
Breakfast: coffee smoothie (HEA)
Lunch: pork fillet stuffed with kale and feta. (2). Peas and sweet corn
Dinner: steak, spinach, bearnaise sauce, a few sweet potato fries (8)
Snack: Apple and a few almonds (5)0 -
