    I MADE IT!:j:j:j:j:j:j

1.5lbs off which has taken me to my overall target weight, set at the start of last year. (my scales weigh in decimal points so I round up or down to the nearest 1/2 lb - I actually lost a bit more this week and am just below my target weight). My target for the current challenge needs another 1/2lb which gives me a bit of breathing room, so I'll keep at it. For the first time in many many years I am at a healthy weight for my height.

I am absolutely thrilled and so grateful for all the support and encouragement I have had from these threads over the last 12 months - I really could not have done it without you all. Thank you.

I don't know what to do now. I'm inclined to stick to the plan as much as I can but maybe relax a bit more around meals out (rare) and alcohol (rarer).I still want to weigh weekly so I don't take my eye off the ball. Any advice from those who have got to target and maintained it very welcome.

Good idea to weigh weekly for the moment.
You can add an extra A & B if I remember rightly & as you say relax slightly on food.

    - 2 for me this week which takes me below 2 stone down. 2 more to go to get to a BMI of 25 which is my second mini goal (the first was to lose 10% of my starting weight)

I didn't have a great day syns wise yesterday but didn't eat much food! I had brunch with friends with Buck's Fizz and a glass of wine after work with colleagues which accounted for the high syn count but I only ate some avocado and toast in the morning and then an omelette for dinner. Today will be a better day!

    Morning all.

Congratulations to bubbs on your 5st award, esmy on reaching target and Nicki on your loss - also to any others I've missed.

Mrs Ryan, I I know what you mean about having items of clothes with sentimental value that you can't bear to get rid of even if they don't fit - I've got a couple of pieces which I'm hoping I might be able to slim back into but then (fingers crossed) they'll be too big for me. I think I might end up turning one into cushions or something just to keep, as it's the material and memories of wearing it that I love.

-1lb for me this week - still going in the right direction. We're going away for Easter so I'm going to log a holiday for next week.
