Image looks fine to me Kathryn, mebbe a little smaller than usual, but that might be because my forum skin has changed to the new one this week and I'm still getting used to it

Another low syn day for me today!
Today's Green day plan:
B - baked oats; quark; frozen raspberries & pomegranate seeds
L - LO roast potatoes & veg with an egg
D - HM veggie burger made with TVP & haricot beans (hope they're OK!); sweet potato chips & beans. If I go near a SM today I'll try and get some low fat halloumi to have as my 2nd HEA!
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - 45g low fat halloumi?
HEB1 - oats
HEB2 - badcrumbs (if needed for the veggie burgers!)
Syns - 25g gram flour 4 syns but this is for all burgers so will see how many burgers the mix makes and then work out the syns for each burger!

STS for me today. A bullet dodged I think. I'm actually a couple of ounces lighter but I'm not counting those !!!
B/D - Bacon and egg sandwich with oven roasted cherry tomatoes
T - Slow cooked chicken creole and rice. There's 10 syns of chorizo in it and I'll have a third so calling it 3
An options later (2) and hexa milk in drinks.
Plenty of fruit in if I need to have a pick.

Morning all!
Misbehaved on Saturday and ended up with upset tum, but back on plan yesterday, so hopefully any damage has been wiped out.
Today is:
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - butternut squash soup
Dinner - left over lamb with stir fry veg

Mixed fruit, strawberry, kiwi, Orange, grapefruit and a ff yoghurt.
Chicken salad with boiled egg.

Damn it, it's total beer weather, I have a couple of cans of Coors Light in the fridge and tea smells like a beer would be delicious with it...

Didn't need the full HEB in the burgers so will syn the 30g of breadcrumbs for 3 syns. Made a total of 9 burgers so will call them 1 syn each. I'm having 2 tonight and DH is having 3.
Will probably have a couple of hihi bars for HEB this evening.
Managed to get some halloumi but couldn't get low fat so will only get 30g instead of 45g!
