Evening everyone. Sorry I haven't been around much lately - April is always busy for us, both DDs birthdays, and Easter too - but I am reading.
Thanks for the chart Kathrynha and ChrisV and well done on SOTW, Stoke!
After a few days off plan for various reasons, back on it today. It's surprising how less energetic I feel after going off plan - I think my body prefers the SW way!
B Coffee (woke up late!)
L HM chunky veg soup, small HM wholemeal roll with chicken and LTL mayo, orange
D Baked salmon, baby potatoes and green veg, yoghurt
Snacks Slice of toast, berries yoghurt and honey, Alpen Light Syns 5.5, so low for me
Tomorrows plan
B Bran flakes, berries yoghurt honey
L Omelette with salad
D HM moussaka made with veggie mince and extra added veg, something green with it
Snacks Fruit and my second HEB (which doesn't seem to be doing me any harm)
Out for dinner on Wedneday (DD2s last day in UK for a while) and that should be it for eating out for a while.
Have a good night, all.0 -
Well council workman turned up and ended up ripping out the WHOLE bathroom  we now only have the toilet but no cistern! The whole room is so wet we will have a dehumidifier to dry it out. So instead of a couple of days to replace a stud wall and retile we will now have no bathroom for the foreseeable future while it dries out . Only have the kitchen sink to wash in , can’t even have a bucket shower as they ripped the floor up too (wet room). Typical as the weather warms up too #smelly
Oh and hubby was sent for chest X-ray so waiting on results from that! I was so knackered back at work todayIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

bubbs, your munchies are usually SW compatible; well done.
I’d be spitting feathers if I’d had that delivery service (????), Nikki. How did it get onto the van, I wonder – levitation? Good luck with John Lewis.
Brilliant NSV, Mrs_R!
I want orange smarties!
You’ll have used up plenty of energy with Scottish country dancing, maman. I don’t know any that are short!
TG, I fancy that chicken creole, Thanks for recipe.
Oh, Abba, I remember being in that situation, but it is all worth it.
TIE, there’s nothing like a contrast in actions; at least you should have a fab new bathroom at the end of it all. Like the ad says, “You’ll just have to smell for now!”
Well done, Stoke, for your SOTW.
Wow, wow, wow - a fantastic loss Nikki!
It’s a teeny tiny -0.2lbs for me, but at least it’s in the right direction.
Thanks, kathryn, for all your efforts even when you’ve a lot more on your plate. Thanks, chrisv, for helping.

Thanks for updating the chart Chris, but my zero loss was for the last week
I'm hoping for a loss on the 22nd.
Hope everyone's had a good day.
The weather is much better making it easier to eat lighter!curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Oh dear, you can all expect some Top Baby spam tomorrow0 -
I feel for you both abbafan and tie
It's a shame you aren't neighbours as between you, you have a bathroom and a kitchen. Hope you both get back to normal very soon.:)
I wouldn't dream of going to optician with DH. I'm fortunate that I only need glasses for driving and change has been minimal over time. So when I choose new glasses I like to splash out and take an age choosing!:D
My DH likes meat too denise and he doesn't eat eggs. The two veggie meals he's enjoyed so far are chilli and stir fry.0 -
