Hope you get a good result tonight kathrynha. You've done well to pull back after your trip down south.:D
DH has decided he wants us to go away for a few days next week. Nothing exotic, just Devon or Cornwall but it means SW could/will go out of the window. That's on top of a dance on Sunday where a cream tea is part of the package. I'm just going to suck it up and do a beanie....plod on!:D
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: Groundhog lunch: pork, fried veg and pickles
Veggie chilli with rice and cottage cheese
Syns: 1 for HP sauce0 -

TIE - that's awful. Can the council not move you into an empty property for a time until the bathroom is sorted? That's what our council did when we had a fire years ago! But we had to sign a form to say that we'd move back once the work was done. Hope it doesn't take too long to dry out and be refitted.
Good luck with WI tonight Kathryn.
It's our 47th anniversary today so it's back to EE:
B - 20g Honey Monster Puffs (3.5 syns); milk from HEA
L - WW wrap; tartare sauce (2.5 syns) tuna; seafood sticks, salad
D - steak, chips, onions, chestnut mushrooms. As I need to keep syns low I'll save alcohol until after WI in Thursday!
HEA - milk
HEB - WW wrap
Syns - as above 6
