Please get her to stay strong

If yuore moving house, then provide YOUR details as the new address for service maybe?
She is away this weekend so will ask her when she gets back. She has told me she just wants to pay it to make it go away, and in a way I get it, but I am so pig-headed and stubborn I am struggling with accepting it. Especially as I've put so much time and effort in researching and appealing this sodding thing.:o

And when it comes down to brass tacks: why the hell should I pay a corrupt ex-clamping scumbag company money to park in a spot we have rights to? It stinks. Roll on the parliamentary act!

Definitely persuade her to write naming you as the driver, at your new address, so that you will get the letters and can deal with it then.

From one wife & Mum (me) to another, please tell her not to fall for a scam and to spend her money on treating herself.

I cannot believe that your wife is even contemplating paying these scammers, you have already paid for parking in your rent and, if you lease makes no mention of parking permits any attempt to interfere is possibly an offence under the Landlord and Tenants Acts.

I have not read the thread, so have no idea who was driving, but if it was you, (0or you think it was you), get your name on the ticket and give them a kicking.

If one of my tenants was harassed thusly I would be engaging Queen's Counsel.

Unfortunately the pressure has/is working and she cannot be doing with any of this nonsense and is essentially paying to make it go away. She also mentioned that the stress and anxiety for the last 8 weeks has been really affecting her, and does not want the follow up letters for up to 5 years etc, despite them being hollow threats. Lastly, we are in the process of moving house, and does not want any of this nonsense. I sympathise fully, and I am so angry that this company has actually caused all this grief as she had the temerity to park in our allocated space.

Well, a rather large issue is I do not have access to the lease, only a Tenancy Agreement which does not make ANY mention of the use of parking permits (but does mention that the bay is reserved for our use). I would like to get my hands on the lease, but I don't know how. The Landlord lives abroad, and the Estate Agents are absolutely useless. Furthermore, is my landlord obliged to provide me with a copy of the lease on request? I appreciate the devil is truly in the detail of the lease; however, I am aware of at least one case that has won on the Tenancy Agreement alone (Pace Storage vs Mr N).

Mrs Klaggers was driving. She unwittingly admitted to this when she first appealed (prior to discovering how deep the rabbit hole goes in regards to PPC and their unethical practices and recommendations of this board). We basically appealed in good faith initially and didn't realise how pointless it really was, and how we should have approached this topic. I only appealed to the IAS as I thought I had a good shot on a technicality, but deep down I knew it was pointless and so did Mrs. Klaggers.

Anyhow, Mrs. Klaggers is adamant she just wants to pay it out of her pocket and move on. She will not let me take responsibility for her "mistakes" as she does not like the idea of this dragging on for several years, and would not be happy IF this went to court that I would be the one answering for her problems (despite a ~99% success rate following the guidance of this forum).

I am really really torn. Obviously I am fully sympathetic to her plight, and she wants rid of the stress and anxiety this has caused. But at the same time, I am a stubborn, pig-headed grumpy Northerner who will not part with his brass easily. But I want her to be happy too.
