Which leads me to say... you really need to change your forum username to something totally anonymous.You've left your name on the BW Legal letter!
To help with that, you might like to read this short extract from The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:Q. How can I change my username?
A. In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -

I realise it isn't a letter before claim my question is should I write to them denying the claim as I did with UKPP and the other supposed solicitors the used earlier?0 -
Yes it looks better to respond to pre-court letters.
And send a SAR to the parking firm for all photos, data held, letters etc. (NOT BW Legal).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did ask for it to be changed but am still awaiting that happening. I don't have anything to hide anyway so not sure why everyone thinks it's a problem0
