and as you said you got refunded. I suppose its just unsettling when its never happened to you before.

Just look at the face book selling pages...the way people communicate is shocking,my spelling is truly awful,but some of these people just throw random letters at a computer screen and assume people will be able to decipher the meaning.

Some people have a poor attitude and others don't. I do not believe that you can generalise based on any demographic.
