Happy Christmas foxgloves and friends. I've enjoyed the spendy Christmas confessions - probably because they are so familiar.
Surprise, surprise I also had a neither use nor ornament, bought because it was cheap garment. It was a VERY long cardigan but made of very thin material so would never keep me warm, it was a dull grey colour that made me look like an escapee from prisoner cell block h. I persevered with it a few times but because there was so much cardigan to grapple with it's very long skinny belt accidentally ended up down the toilet on a night out. I decided then that enough was enough. I washed it and sent it on its way to the charity shop.8 -

I’ve no idea why and bought too many clothes back then. It’s not something I would usually buy either, so I must have been swayed in the shop for some reason. I don’t think it was particularly cheap either.
Anyway, it is now one of my most loved items and keeps me so warm over the winter (I feel the cold). I wear it almost everyday and it makes a nice alternative to a dressing gown. Both kids love it too and try to snuggle into it with me. I will genuinely be devastated whenever it finally dies. I’ve definitely got my money worth out of it!2025 decluttering: 4,392 🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅🌟2025 use up challenge: 345🥉🥈🥇💎🏆Mini freezer challenge +3/-20Big kitchen declutter challenge 115/1502025 decluttering goals I Use up Challenge: 🥉365 🥈750 🥇1,000 💎2,000 🏆 3,000 👑 8,000 I 🥉12 🥈26 🥇52 💎 100 🏆 250 👑 5006 -

Queenjess, keep hold of that well loved cardi, I have thrown the odd jumper I have loved away thinking they had had it and now regret it. They were so comfy and I’ve never been able to replace them. Merry Christmas to you Foxgloves and Mr Foxgloves, best wishes for next year.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.004

Morning Christmas Crackers,
Thank-you for all your warm Christmas wishes. Hope everyone is managing to stay well.
Our plans to drive out to a local(ish) historic park for a much needed walk & fresh air today have had to be postponed as it is pouring with rain. I've decided I will get on with doing the two jobs which most need my attention. These are setting January's budget (our monthly budget cycle is 27th to 26th) & finishing off processing turkey leftovers.
Stay cosy..... or in our case, that should probably be 'stay dry'.

Hello, and belated Yuletide wishes to you foxgloves.
It took me much longer than I expected to catch up with your diary, but I have thoroughly enjoyed it and it has been an integral part of my winding down and switching off from work this past week.
Hope that you had a fantastic few days. I am using my time off to channel my inner foxgloves with budgeting and planning.
