your one man (multi ID) hope mission is getting boring now
i don't believe house prices will rise but i'll leave it you and your one-man mission to campaign that they'll fall 70%

You what? I only have log in for this site. If there are any site admins that monitor usernames per IP address they can confirm that!

House prices do seem to be rising again maybe its now time to buy.

If you are buying a wreck now without stamp duty, to improve using recycled or VAT reduced materials and you intend to live in it; it is probably a good time to buy, while artisans are available to help with the renovations.

Our money has already been devalued by about 1/3rd compared with our principle trading partner - EU.

That's a lovely dead cat bounce there in that chart.
  • A lot of this reminds me of the property price crash site EST 2003.

House prices will come down by 50%, they have to come down, look at the graphs they have to drop.

We then have a MAJOR recession and what happened to house prices? An average fall of 20%. Look at the price houses were in 2003 compared to now! I pity the would-be house buyers who put off that purchase then.

Maybe some of the posters on here are those same people who have every right to be bitter. But not with the market they should be blaming the PPC site.

    I'm very confused
  • Hopefully we will see house prices steady out at the current levels and the market pick up into 2010 (I need to sell my house you see)

only just registered but not really read the whole thread, just got the gist. Can understand frustrations, but have prices crashed- don't think so, just stopped increasing- much worse in the 80's IMHO, and had houses then as well- why over analyse
