Is this a wind up? I have never heard of anyone buying a 7 bed rental property. Even in the USA (where I'm from) rental properties are usually small family homes. Maybe the OP bought this as a holiday let?0

i think its a classic case of Mickey Mouse fever,,, many Brits buy in the heat of the holiday and buy to let is strong in this area but many people are in this boat the rental from the Brits going out to Florida is dropping and a seven bedroomed place is suitable for big families or large groups of friends who lark about ( thats what hols are for) and they also create mess and sometimes cause damage, the smaller 3/4 bed units seem to be holding their own because many British families are around that size, plus rental is around the £350 mark hence more affordable the bigger units have to be special, luxury fittings etc, how do you advertise on the net?my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0

You what?!
Jesus, i just post up a message yesterday and because i don't reply immediately you think i'm a troller?!
JC.
Well the original plan was to live in the property once i've paid the mortgage off hence the 7 bedrooms - admittedly this is a bit of an oversight as far as renting is concerned.
My only hope now is to hope someone snaps it up quick or hold off in the hope that my business merger happens soon.
Must admit i'd have appreciated some more warmer responses rather than the many callous ones received. But thanks anyway.0 -

they were all just saying what they thought and unfortunately, as is often the case, the truth always hurts. Hope you find a buyer soon.0 -
Perhaps the callous responses are jealous not callous, that you're in a position to buy a seven bedroom property abroad!? It's a strange thing, especially as we're living in a capitalist society, where people are called greedy just for making investments.0

I don't think the OP is the only one.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0
