Can I ask everyone's opinion: I'm still house hunting and the house I like, I put an offer in a month or so ago with the estate agent and they declined it. They have since stopped using that estate agent. Would it look like I'm harassing them to put a note thru their door saying we are still interested?
Do it! You have nothing to lose.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Another vote for popping a note through the door - the worst is that they will ignore you? (And without EA fees to pay they may be more willing to negotiate on the price)
Small spend of 45p(!!) in TEsc0 yesterday. Talked ourselves out pf a takeaway for dinner last night and decided to have fakeaway chow mein but by the time we finished dealing with kids etc it was gone 9pm, so we just had cereal. I must make sure that I'm eating properly - I'm anaemic after January's lack of eating with the flu/ Feb's kitchen fit meaning less 'proper' meals and I have some iron tablets now as I find it hard to maintain my Hb levels anyway (I eat lots of things like spinach, chickpeas, dark choc etc but not that much red meat as it doesn't agree with my digestive system:o) Tiredness means I'll grab toast or cereal instead - which then doesn't help me. I do have batch cooked chilli etc in the freezer, but even that seems like too much effort some times. However, now that I know I'm anaemic (should have realised, tbh) I will try and make more of an effort
Aside from that, all is quiet here

Do they have a new estate agent? If they do just offer through them.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

It's snowing here again. Not bad at the moment but very icy out and the sky looks like it might carry on for a while.
Spent a half day yesterday training for a temporary job next week, it's just a week full time but as I work from home with flexible hours I can do this type of thing for extra cash, when I get paid from that the money will be going towards the holidays we have booked for this year.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

I'd definitely try sticking a note through the door - people do fall out with their estate agents. Maybe they ditched them for not passing on offers like yours

Think tomorrow and Monday will be spending days; tomorrow I'm hoping to hit Lidl for their weekend offers on grated cheese and dried apricots whilst I'm out collecting a package. Hospital appointment (parking) on Monday with a few other chores, I may end up popping to Wilko since I need to park outside anyway... I love Wilko but I don't have a local one so I tend to take advantage when I'm nearby.
Grateful for: after a night of 2 hours sleep due to my pelvic pain, I finally got to sleep at 6am, hubby left me alone then brought up tea and a hot cross bun a few hours later0 -
No Spend Day 8. (It almost wasnt)

Spendy day today. All but a £5 primarni dress and a couple of coffees were essential purchases.
Woke up with a spring in my step bright and early so went for a run at 7am. Met a drunk man covered in blood on the cycle path & stopped to check he was okay. He assured me he had just had a rough night and was on the phone to his missus.
Then I took Duncan for a stroll to the Hoe, mainly to hunt some Pokemon (5 new pokes today, been a sucessful trip).
Dropped Duncan home, had a quick sandwich then went back into town. BF did suggest going in town tomorrow, but I knew I'd be buying coffees today, and didn't want two spendy days.
Kept to the list, apart from a new dress, mainly I needed a timer for Donnas UVB light, pants & tights.
Then on the way back from town I met with my friends as planned for a 3 hour chat in costa.
Fitbit says I've clocked up 30,000 steps today, no wonder my back is aching now.
It's started snowing again here this afternoon. Nothing has settled yet, although it's supposed to get worse overnight.
We're supposed to be running a 10k race tomorrow, hopefully the weather will hold and it will still go ahead.- · For the striders: [STRIKE]18[/STRIKE] 25 NSDs 12/25 Spend day today as planned.
