I didn't say they did. The people promoting the product on the website are responsible for ensuring that what's promoted is factually correct. Ultimately that means the liability rolls uphill to the corporate entity (the company). It's really not difficult.
Whilst post #11 mentions refund as a remedy, that wasn't what I was addressing in post #18 ... as was very obvious and as you well know. It's obvious you simply want to argue for arguing's sake.0
