This sounds like an occasion to contact the Three CEOs office. Have a look for the email address on the ceoemail website.

Yes, twice, that was utter torture, they kept telling me to trust them, that it couldn’t happen, and that I was just getting wrong number calls.

Going to try one last time on Monday and if no joy, I’ll do as you suggest.
