Their claim probably included all that they know so
what else to add ????
Madness if they try it on some more, costly too for them
Seems like the Mad Hatter and the March Hare are not
liked at Bristol County Court0 -
Hi all,
It seems that it's not over yet.
I am attaching CEL's amended particulars of claim.
Many thanks,

No prizes who has been reading this forum then ???
The £96 is extreme considering the debt collector
did not succeed ...... who was the debt collector
So what IF they use ANPR ... we all know it is not
100% accurate as explained by the CEO of the BPA,
their trade body
They should allow you a grace period either side so
in reality they are taking you to court for a just a
few extra minutes, that is if their ANPR is correct.
What a waste of the courts time
Bristol appears to be clued up when it comes to CEL
Will they or won't they go the whole hog, or just
do their usual thing and discontinue
Get your costs schedule ready
Keep on top of this as CEL are animals in deceipt and
as they have tried before to mislead people that
they will not go to court and when you don't turn up
they do ????
But hey ... what a flimsy attachment, it's like they
are hell bent on losing at Bristol0 -
NINETY-SIX quid in 'debt recovery costs' on top of 'admin costs', neither of which are recoverable (mainly because they don't exist...were never paid) and the £100 already includes the minimal admin costs of running an ANPR automated parking regime anyway.
The Supreme Court Judges did at least cover the fact that the £85 charge in Beavis was vastly inflated for profit and there was no loss, damages or admin that could have been lumped on top.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A fraudulent claim indeed
Sounds like their fame in Bristol County Court
will go up a level0 -
I think Bristol County Court sees all sorts, and has its fair share of baseless claims, by all accounts.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
