If UC sanction appeal is successful

Whats happens if I win the appeal. Say the appeals people meet tomorrow and vote in my favour what happens next ?

I read the DWP will be asked for a response to the decision. How do they communicate ? Do I have to wait for them to send postal letters to each other ?

And say the appeals meet tomorrow and it goes in my favour,how soon will I likely get my sanctioned payment ?

You sent off the appeal form...
What happened from there ? How long did it take? Etc

Could you phone UC and ask them? Normally when I ask benefits (whatever part), they are able to give a rough idea how long something will take. Obviously its only a rough idea.

Its outwith the DWP hands now so I doubt they will know.

I did not lie, I made a guess based on the information you have given. It is not my fault you want random people on a forum to tell you when you will get money.

You made a guess of 4 hours it takes for the whole UC appeal process ?

Worst guess in the history of guesses.

If you don't already you should consider a job at the DWP. Thats where most numpties tend to work.

No. Four hours after the decision.

Seriously no one knows the answer to your questions. Just let the process go through and then someone at the DWP who knows youre case will tell you.

Asking random people highly specific questions about your appeal wont get you accurate answers! This is the third or fourth such post youve made. I may as well ask you what time you think my boss will send my payslip this month.
