Hardship claim (Bank statement help needed)

Hi,

So I have an appointment later today to get my claim for hardship moving along. They need bank balance information or something along those words.

Do they accept just an ATM receipt with my balance,or do I have to get into the bank to get a proper statement ?

The reason they ask for a full statement and nit just an atm balance is so they can see that you haven't been throwing cash away
