Those numpties are the ones deciding if you should get your money even if you haven!!!8217;t met your job search requirements.

  • Useless though the DWP usually are... I suspect your best answer will come from them on this occasion. Call them. They're sitting with your records.. something we can't see.

Would you all please read my question from an earlier post. It said..

Can anyone who has been at this stage advise ?
You sent off the appeal form...
What happened from there ? How long did it take? Etc

So if you dont know then dont guess. If you've been in this position your answer will be something like " i got a letter 5 days after i posted my appeal with a hearing date" or "i got money in my account 38 days after winning appeal"

Too many smartf*cks on here who, like me, dont know much.
With an attitude like that i'm not surprised you've recieved no help.

As Muttley said, ring them they will tell you.....
  • The problem is Bum, the people you are asking to help you are the ones you called numpties just a few posts up.

If you're expecting an appeal hearing or decision in a matter of weeks(if it is an appeal that you mean), then you're going to be very disappointed. Think months, many many months.

What happened in one case may not apply in yours. Nobody but the DWP and you, know your situation. Ask them. If you phone you'll speak to someone unconnected with your case who can advise you if that helps.

No, it wouldn't, there just isn't a straight answer to your question. Other people's experiences will not be relevant to your case.

Well soon you won't be able to post on the site, but thats going to be a good thing for you because then you will have to ask these questions to the people who actually have answers for you.

Good luck with your appeal. I am sure it will go absolutely fine as you seem a very charming fellow who clearly has been caught up in the teething problems of UC...

I think you have an attitude problem bum. You need to change this if you want to find work.

Also you say people on here talk down to people on benefits. You don!!!8217;t know that some people who have replied work or on benefits. They do what you think is talk down if they are taking the mick with benefits also people tried to help you buy telling you to call up the job centre as each case is different also it depends how many cases they are working on.
