Edit, then Go Advanced.

Do a search for QDR but sett the search options to Show Posts.

You stop ignoring debt collectors after six years have passed in England and Wales.

You only respond if you get a LBC/LBCC/LBCCC/MCOL.

You can't get a PoPLA code unless you made an initial appeal.

Click on the 'Edit' button, that should then reveal the 'Go Advanced' button.

Just the next stage in the ratcheting up of the debt collection process. More likely than not that ZZPS will be issuing the next letter using QDR letterhead. Do a forum search on 'ZZPS/QDR' to to see how many others have been down the same path.

When you get a formal Letter Before Action/Court from the PPC or their Solicitors. It should, but won't necessarily, follow the latest Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims. Come back if you get anything looking like one.

Also come back if you receive court papers from the Northampton CCBC. You should receive a LBA before that stage, but sometimes they skip/ignore that part of the process.

On your post, click EDIT and then when you are in the edit box, there will be a small box to the top right that is a small letter A and a large letter A, click on it. It's called switch editor mode.

Latest, I've now got a solicitor letter from QDR solicitors. What now? Is it worth contacting them to state that their client (Premier Park) is a member of the BPA who state that a grace period of 10 mins is required and I was only there for 6 mins.
The letter from them does state that they 'may' recommend that the case is sent to their litigation department (not that they will).
Thoughts?

I'd ask them to issue a compliant LBC (see NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2) with the necessary information required by the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims, or cease and desist from contacting you.
