Hi, i'm looking at the thread on my laptop and still cant find the 'advanced edit' option?....
As an update, i've received another letter from ZZPS stating their next course of action is to pass the fine on to their solicitors 'QDR Solicitors Limited'. At what point do i stop ignoring the letters and respond? (I believe my strongest grounds are the fact that they didn't give me the required 10 min grace period and the fact that their signs don't state what the ANPR cameras will be used for).
Edit, then Go Advanced.
Do a search for QDR but sett the search options to Show Posts.
You stop ignoring debt collectors after six years have passed in England and Wales.
You only respond if you get a LBC/LBCC/LBCCC/MCOL.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Managed to find it!
I've also just taken another look at the first two letters from Premier Park, and have noticed that there is no Popla code on them (I believe its a 10 digit number). Any idea if I can request this from premier park and go back to the Popla stage?
You can't get a PoPLA code unless you made an initial appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Click on the 'Edit' button, that should then reveal the 'Go Advanced' button.Hi, i'm looking at the thread on my laptop and still cant find the 'advanced edit' option?....
Just the next stage in the ratcheting up of the debt collection process. More likely than not that ZZPS will be issuing the next letter using QDR letterhead. Do a forum search on 'ZZPS/QDR' to to see how many others have been down the same path.As an update, i've received another letter from ZZPS stating their next course of action is to pass the fine on to their solicitors 'QDR Solicitors Limited'.
When you get a formal Letter Before Action/Court from the PPC or their Solicitors. It should, but won't necessarily, follow the latest Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims. Come back if you get anything looking like one.At what point do i stop ignoring the letters and respond?

Also come back if you receive court papers from the Northampton CCBC. You should receive a LBA before that stage, but sometimes they skip/ignore that part of the process. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

On your post, click EDIT and then when you are in the edit box, there will be a small box to the top right that is a small letter A and a large letter A, click on it. It's called switch editor mode.Hi, i'm looking at the thread on my laptop and still cant find the 'advanced edit' option?0 -
Latest, I've now got a solicitor letter from QDR solicitors. What now? Is it worth contacting them to state that their client (Premier Park) is a member of the BPA who state that a grace period of 10 mins is required and I was only there for 6 mins.
The letter from them does state that they 'may' recommend that the case is sent to their litigation department (not that they will).

More debt collector drivel.
I'd ask them to issue a compliant LBC (see NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2) with the necessary information required by the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims, or cease and desist from contacting you.

Search the forum for QDR (surely that's the first thing you did, it's how the forum works best).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
