Premier Park fine, over 28 day popla period

Hi,
I have received two letters from parkingeye regarding a parking contravention in dec/Jan. I did a brief search of these forums to get advice, but being a typical bloke I didn't read everything. So I'm at a point where I've ignored two letters from parkingeye and I now have received a debt collection agency letter (£170).
To this point, I've done nothing with any of these and so I believe I'm outside the 28 day popla widow.
What can I do now?!
Thanks

What happened when you tried 'Plan A' which is always to complain to the retailer/landowner/hospital/hotel or whoever runs the place PE are infesting?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The owners are vets 4 pets. They simply stated that parkingeye are the operators and I should refer to them. They said they had looked in to the case and spoken to the practice manager about it, but sill I had to speak with Peter. Very unhelpful!0

So push it and ring the Practice Manager, if you were a customer of Vets4Pets.
They have a User Manual, they have a PE email addy, they are allowed to cancel these, why would they want a genuine customer sued?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Great, I'll speak to them again and get hold of the practice manager. I'm not a customer, but had told them that I wouldn't be recommending them to my partner.
Failing that, any idea what my next course of action could be?0 -
It will be as per the NEWBIES thread post #2, you need to respond to the LBCCC.
You are unlikely to get it cancelled if you abused Vets4Pets site to stroll over the road...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry Peter was ment to be PE0

It was a case of entering the car park and then exiting again when I realized it was private. Was under 10mins I believe (need to get the paper work out).
Ok thanks for the help!0 -
Aha, if under 10 minutes they CANNOT have issued a PCN. So check that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not at LBCCC stage at the moment CM - just debt collector. So I'm at a point where I've ignored two letters from parkingeye and I now have received a debt collection agency letter (£170).
@OP - follow the advice in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 about how to deal with debt collectors. Read all of it!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
