Hi, right I just checked the letter and they state the vehicle was parked for 6 minutes. As I am at the stage where I am outside the popla period and I am now receiving zzps debt collection letters, is there anything else I can do but pay even if the time was under 10mins?0
-
LOL you are funny! You don't PAY a fake penalty for SIX MINUTES stopping!I am now receiving zzps debt collection letters, is there anything else I can do but pay even if the time was under 10mins?
Thing is though, this cannot be ParkingEye...surely? Not issuing a NTK over 6 mins parking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

who are parking eyes debt collectors?0

Yeah, first letter was a 'parking charge notice' and the second was a 'first reminder', both from Premier Park, ahhhhh yeah, I see the difference now
.
Wish I'd had the letters in front of me last night!
So now I've got the zzps letter.....0 -
So post #4 of the NEWBIES thread tells you all about 'ignore the debt collectors' stage.
There is no thread or post about 'pay the rogue parking firm or debt collector'!! Course not.
Please can you edit your first post 'GO ADVANCED EDIT' and change 'ParkingEye fine' to:

Try not looking on a phone. The forum is unusable (almost) on phones/tablets.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, i'm looking at the thread on my laptop and still cant find the 'advanced edit' option?....
As an update, i've received another letter from ZZPS stating their next course of action is to pass the fine on to their solicitors 'QDR Solicitors Limited'. At what point do i stop ignoring the letters and respond? (I believe my strongest grounds are the fact that they didn't give me the required 10 min grace period and the fact that their signs don't state what the ANPR cameras will be used for).0 -
Managed to find it!
I've also just taken another look at the first two letters from Premier Park, and have noticed that there is no Popla code on them (I believe its a 10 digit number). Any idea if I can request this from premier park and go back to the Popla stage?0
