    Yes it is.

    There's been people complaining about them on here for years, so I'm surprised people still buy from them. Still no doubt you're now one less customer they'll have in future.

    i ordered via amazon which is why i got a refund of the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture straight away, never did get round to removing the neg feedback !

    6 days and counting..... I can only assume the accounts department is located at the north pole and the expedition set off to ask the question when I emailed them.

    I think you have to email them in French.

    They will then reply in double Dutch. . .

    I finally got my refund come through yesterday after the first one not going through. This is the email I got from them:

    At last!

    I've been looking on Amazon for a couple of cameras. Only problem is that the stockist on Amazon is Pixmania. I'd rather shove ferrets down my pants than order from them and have lovely French manuals and plugs and crap service!
