Goodness me @ the comments. In 1984 I was watching Top of the Pops. But it was things like Robert de Niro by Bananarama, Against all odds (take a look at me now) by Phil Collins and RELAX from Frankie goes to Hollywood. Just because a song is called hello, don't means it's by L Richie.0
