Warning - National KFC chicken shortage

I've just received an email from KFC telling me that they have switched delivery company and due to issues they have run out of chicken in most of their branches. Out of the 900 branches a large number have been forced to closed while the majority of the others will be doing reduced hours.

Not sure if this is a warning or praise.

(Am picturing a mass break out like Chicken Run).

KFC Portslade had even ran out of chips yesterday! I was not impressed after 12 hours at work and then carefully picking my route around all the beggars to get there to find the note on the door.

Could have crossed the road to go to Chicken Cottage, even the beggars do not pitch up there but I am not mental. So home for toast instead.

Thank you for telling the community about this. I have been on here in the last few months about Pizza Hut and rude service. I received even ruder replies. So I would say you have to have skin thicker than a KFC chicken to put up with the replies. Good luck.

In fairness, the OP has simply reported an issue in the supply of KFC.
Your thread was titled somewhat more emotional.

Understatement of the year!

A factual post is nothing like the type of posts PLYSU puts up, so of course will get different replies. If anyone is curious check the previous posts, in particular the ones in the Boots sale thread.

Its a shame that KFC has run out of chicken as I'm a few sandwiches short for my picnic tomorrow...

I went to a football match a few years ago and there was this huge Newcastle fan in the away end. He was yelling abuse at everyone so the stewards and police eventually evicted him. As he was being escorted out the message “I am sorry we have run out of chips” appeared on the big screen. I think around 10,000 people started chanting at him “you eat all our chips etc”.

It was great, he flipped and charged at the home fans and got taken down by the police.

It was a good day

The replies you recieved in your thread weren't rude ar all, they were replies you did t like. Your thread was asking people to stop using them which didnt work.
This thread is informing those who use Kfc there might be a limited menu, its not a place I frequent but others may do..

In fairness, I could not care less about Kentucky Friend Chicken and their supply issues.
