DELIVERY giant DHL has apologised after 900 KFC branches were forced to close when their chicken wasn't delivered.

The glitch came just four months after the courier company vowed to "set a new delivery standard" as it was awarded the KFC delivery contract.

Oh well. Thanks to SNOWTIGER for updating us. But really, DHL should be dumped and I would use Yodel or Hermes. These are very good couriers.

Ah - that probably explains it.

I ordered a pair of slippers from Debenhams, but the DHL delivery guy turned up at my house with a tonne and a half of raw chicken.

So I'm going to head over to the local KFC branch and see if I can see anyone wearing my blue fur-lined suedette moccasins.
