Well done for taking photos that may well cause the woman to rethink what action to take . Agree with others, see what develops over the next few days.
If contacted by my insurance company I would deny that an accident had taken place and that you only took photos because of what the woman said.

Telling the op to lie to their insurer isn't really great advice.
All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.

Where’s the lie? There was no accident the op is aware of.

They 'nudged' another car so that is what they need to admit to. Whether there was any damage is another matter.

    Admit to whom?

At this stage there is no accident.

Are you saying OP deliberately collided with ("nudged") the other vehicle? That is was not accidental?

Whether it was an "accident" or not, the OP is certainly well aware that there was a collision and a possible claim.

The OP's policy probably says something along the lines of "You must tell us as soon as reasonably possible about any incident which may lead to a claim under this policy" (Direct Line)
