I checked out both website mentioned earlier. MEM policy is limited to UK only, while Bestpricefs also covers EU, Norway and Switzerland. Worth considering it, if travelling a lot to Europe or you want to have legal cover there as well.0

But the 'legal' cover will only tie you down to one set of no win no fee solicitors; what else do you actually get? If you read the T&C's they will only take on cases they have a good chance of winning so any no win no fee solictor will do that for you without having to get 'legal' cover.0

96% of claims that are currently pursued by solicitors on behalf of non-fault claimants (those who have been bumped into) will, from April of next year, go via the small claims court.
Where do these numbers come from? I can't find confirmation of that anywhereSo, if you are injured through no fault of your own, may be self-employed and have to take time off work, or employed on zero hours contract, life will not be too pleasant.
