What is this nonsense? I only changed my password last week and just changed it back to what it was so not much use if you can reuse. But why 5 days?0
-
Same here
A total farce seeing as you can just enter the same password again
That's good to know, I hate coming up with new passwords and once a week is going to be a complete pita.
Anyway same for me, had to change password again today after 5 days, come on MSE there's no need for that.0 -

Any chance the lofty ones in the Towers would actually tell us what's going on?0

"your password in 5 days old and has therefore expired" (my emphasis)
What's next, change it every minute ?
I "changed" it to the same one. Sort it out MSE.0 -
Yep just had to change mine, 5 days and apparently expired! Not a happy bunny.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy0

Are you serious?
I change my password 6 months ago...
I change my password a few days ago....
Now I have to reset AGAIN!!!!!
I am awaiting two things...
1) A half-hearted apology and no real explanation from MSE
2) a message on my screen..."Your password is 5 minutes old and had therefore expired"!!!!!
Come on!....April Fools is a couple of months away yet!0 -
Same problem. Password expired after 5 days. Rather ridiculous IMO.0
