tiny bit of a disappointment, but considering economy as is, (hidden inflation)- not surprised, just wish somebody would be of will to argue same terms of contract continuity- agreement to be upheld same way...
my plan of what it once was £14.51, hiked up to £18.91 and as if by miracle last months bill has been £22 (with few legit extras, but not that much)

I believe, that calls for a new search research to ditch them, just not many "deals" are about from other networks to suit my needs

My frustration is, why does this apply to customers mid-contract? The price I agreed in September is the price I expect to pay... (yes I know they can raise by RPI but it feels very wrong)

I understand out of contract having an increase in place or prices upped for new customers - but why can they increase the tariff cost mid-contract? It's so frustrating.

Not great, IF it is the case... in my case 30 day roll on and small print... they "have" the right, but not real agreement with me, hence, they will be getting "elbow"

If all the customers pay the 4.1% increase it might just pay for the CEO's bonus, and that's all that matters.

Why is that if you get a price rise during a broadband contract you can leave but with mobile phones you cannot? Even on a sim only deal? Not like you are paying for a phone or anything?

1) You can't.

2) You can if it's more than the t&c dictate.

Unless I've made a mistake the RPI they should be using is 4%, not 4.1% .
