mortgageFTB,changing providers will make no difference.I was with BT,the neighbour`s with Sky and has to run something off Vodaphone mobile to compensate for useless landline-broadband supply due to worn-out equipment.
We have knackered overhead cables,we have worn-out frayed cables,we have cluttered cabinets,we have four miles of this to a piddly Exchange....
....changing providers will not cure anything.Keeping on at the current provider until they can force the equipment owners BT to replace not fit for purpose equipment is my only option.My neighbours have just all given up,which seems to be the average Brits way.
I`m not your average Brit,some fighting genes got through,after all those killed in WW1 and WW2 led to a watered-down gene pool
